The Hurricanes wing backed up his Round 7 heroics with an 86-point outing in their thrilling 35-29 win over the Brumbies in Canberra, helping the Canes surge into the top six. Naholo's lethal finishing and relentless work rate proved the difference once again, underlining his status as one of Fantasy’s premier weapons in 2025.

His latest effort also continues a remarkable run for the Hurricanes, who have now topped the Fantasy charts three times this season, following Callum Harkin’s standout effort just last week.

It wasn’t all about the Hurricanes though. Chiefs duo Cortez Ratima and Shaun Stevenson were right on Naholo’s heels after starring in the Chiefs’ commanding 56-22 win over the Force in Mount Maunganui. Ratima’s sharp running and support play earned him 81 points to claim second place, while Stevenson’s elusive counterattacks and pinpoint kicking helped him secure 76 points and third spot.

Rounding out the top five were Crusaders hooker Codie Taylor, who powered his way to 74 points in a vintage display, and Force wing Harry Potter, who crossed for two tries and tallied 71 points in a brave showing against the Chiefs.

There were also major moves at the top of the overall standings. With Damian McKenzie on the sidelines, Crusaders fullback Will Jordan has swooped to become the outright Fantasy points leader on 490. McKenzie, however, still holds the crown for highest average points per game, boasting a massive 60.4 average. Among the forwards, Force flanker Caleb Tizzano continues to impress, leading all forwards with 437 points at an average of 48.6, fuelled by his 11 tries for the sixth-place Force.

Another big riser this week was Crusaders hooker Ioane Moananu, who rocketed to the top of the hooker standings with 408 points, powered by the Crusaders' dominant win over the Highlanders.
