IMPRESSIVE PROP Cristo Tofa debuted for the North Harbour Farah Palmer Cup team during the 2017 season.
Her solid tackling and consistent play saw her start every game in the number 1 jersey for the provincial side, reaching the semifinals of the Championship Division.
She caught the eye of Black Ferns selectors and was named in Glenn Moore's wider squad for the two-Test series against Australia.
Tofa added two more Tests to her tally in 2018 and is sure to have a big future in the black jeresy.
The versatile forward is a strong ball carrier and can play hooker, as well as loosehead and tighthead prop, making her one of the most versatile members of the front row.
Away from rugby, Tofa is passionate about working with young people and is a youth worker.
