Flynn ruled out of Maori All Blacks, replaced by Dixon

The team assembles in Auckland this weekend and departs for Canada on Monday 29 October.
Christchurch-born hooker Dixon has played for Auckland and the Blues, and is currently part of the Hurricanes.
A Junior World Cup winner with the Under-19 and Under-20 age-grade teams, Dixon has impressed moving through the system, beginning his representative career in 2006 with the New Zealand Schools team.
It is the 25-year-old's first appearance with the Maori All Blacks.
Joining Magpies team-mate Ihaia West, Dixon was part of the Hawke's Bay side that had a brief taste of Ranfurly Shield glory earlier in the ITM Cup season.
