Jarrad Hoeata to face judicial hearing after third yellow card for season

allblacks.com     16 Oct 2013

The yellow card was issued late in the first half by referee Shane McDermott for an alleged early tackle, in breach of law 10.4 (e), and that resulted in a penalty try being awarded to Waikato.

The card was Hoeata’s third yellow for the season, which under the NZR Disciplinary Rules means he is required to appear at a judicial hearing.

The matter will be heard by Judicial Officer Nigel Hampton QC, via video-conference at 11:00am today.

Waikato won the match 22 – 14.
