Jackie Patea

A reliable and experienced lock with the Wellington Pride, a focus on improving her game, earned Wainuiomata’s Jackie Patea a place in the 2012 Black Ferns squad.  Patea impressed with her sterling lineout work for Wellington in the Women’s Provincial Championship but it was her physicality that secured her call-up.

Patea has also captained the Pride and made her debut in 2006 as part of the first team to beat Auckland in a WPC Final.
