Kendra Cocksedge made her Test debut at 19 and has now established herself as a vital part of the Black Ferns’ backline and she featured in all four Tests during the 2014 International Women's Rugby Series. Cocksedge is also a skilled sevens player and was part of the squad that won the inaugural Women’s Sevens World Series in 2013.
Although originally from Taranaki – she made the Taranaki and Hurricanes Secondary Schools teams – a move to Canterbury for study saw Cocksedge make her debut for the red-and-blacks in 2007.
