A confident ball carrier who is strong on both attack and defence, Anderson was first selected for the Black Ferns squad in 2018 for their Northern Tour to USA and France, after being part of the wider training group every year since 2014.
Anderson’s provincial rugby career began when she moved to Dunedin to study at Otago University and was selected for Otago Spirit at 18 years old.
On completion of her studies in 2014, she moved to Christchurch and was selected for the Canterbury side where she has been playing ever since. Anderson played a key role in the successful Farah Palmer Cup winning sides in 2017 and 2018.
Away from rugby, she is an Occupational Therapist.
