Four Black Ferns named in Barbarians squad to face USA

Former Black Ferns captain Fiao’o Faamausili, loose forward Linda Itunu, prop Steph Te Ohaere-Fox and halfback Emma Jensen are part of a 19-strong group announced today.

The Barbarians side boasts players from nine different nations for their historic match on April 26 at Infinity Park in Glendale. The match will be live streamed by FloRugby.com

As well as the strong New Zealand representation, Richards’ side includes players from Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, Wales, the Netherlands, Scotland and the USA.

The 129-year old Barbarians club launched their women’s team in 2017-18 with wins against Munster and the British Army. They will take on England for the first time as part of a double-header at Twickenham on June 2.
