Steve Jackson QBE Harbours Head Coach is delighted with the squads he has named and knows the boys are looking forward to this unique encounter.
"The All Blacks want this hit out to enable them to prepare for their Bledisloe Cup challenge in Sydney next week," he said.
The game has extra significance for the World Champions given they have the opportunity to record 18 straight wins – a record for any 1st tier nation.
Jackson said however he didn't expect the All Blacks to do his ITM Cup side any favours.
"Does that mean we will take it easy on them?" Jackson laughed.
"I certainly don’t think they will looking to do us any favours!"
"We are also finalising our preparations for our season that kicks off next week against Otago in Dunedin.”
The game tomorrow night will then see a following “half" vs Northland.
The games kick off at 6pm (NZT) at QBE Stadium.
