New Zealand and Australia - barring a terrible tournament for both - are the only teams who can be crowned Series champions with Canada 12 points behind the world champions in third place.

The final round of the IRB Women's Sevens World Series will be streamed live on wsws.irb.com on Friday and Saturday.

Both have won two rounds this season, New Zealand's victory over Australia in the China final giving them the slender advantage in the standings with their rivals having won in Dubai and Sao Paulo earlier in the season.

"The mood in the camp is great, we want to enjoy this last round of the Series and show the world what we have got," said New Zealand captain Huriana Manuel.

"It would mean the world to us to retain the World Series, but we know that the other teams are going to bring it.

"Australia are definitely on our minds...I'm pretty sure the fans and supporters would like to see that final, but I think we'll just take it one step at a time."

It's been a thrilling series so far this season, with increased crowds and audiences watching all around the world on wsws.irb.com

"A win would mean everything to us," said Australia captain Sharni Williams.

"We've been working really hard. We've moved away from our family and friends and from our hometowns and put a lot of commitment in so a win would mean everything."
