Baker has sustained a foot injury and Tuatagaloa has injured his ankle. Coach Gordon Tietjens has called in replacements, current contracted All Blacks Sevens player David Raikuna (North Harbour) and promising 18 year old Tevita Li (North Harbour).

Raikuna last played in Las Vegas. Tevita Li, who plays on the wing or at fullback, was selected for the New Zealand Schools team last year and attended an All Blacks Sevens training camp earlier this year.

London is the last leg of the 2012/2013 HSBC Sevens World Series. New Zealand has already secured the series, winning their 11th title after finishing second in last weekend's Glasgow Sevens.
