Carter not the only Crusader preparing for new baby

The Crusaders host the Kings this weekend, and while Carter is all but guaranteed to start that match, the next month will be tentative as Carter and Honor plan and as a consequence will seek privacy in the coming weeks.
So while the All Black prepares to become a father, the Crusaders are planning his maternity leave.
Fairfax Media reported Brett, who has been playing with Toyota in the Japanese Top League, could have played and was reportedly keen to link up, but he is still injured and out of action with a foot injury, while he is beginning to set up his new life in France, now signed with Bayonne.
The Crusaders, who won their first match of the season thanks to a romping win over the Bulls, play the Kings this weekend, and backup playmaker Tom Taylor will not be considered for action due to his knee injury.
Tyler Bleyendaal is an option at ten, but the Crusaders have not confirmed if and who they will bring in after Brett ruled himself out.
